The American Heart Association's adult ECG & Pharmacology Course presents information on basic electrophysiology, normal ECG measurements, basic arrhymias, basic ACLS drugs, usage and routes of administration during cardiovascular emergencies, and how to integrate basic drug pharmacology into ACLS algorithms.

The course is divided into two modules: one for ECG and one for Pharmacology, which can be taught together or separately.

The course is designed to be instructor-led using large group interaction. Course length is approximately 3.5 hours for the ECG module and approximately 2.75 hours for the Pharmacology module. If taught together, the course length os 6.25 hours.

The course is intended for credentialed healthcare providers.
